Swiggy, the online food ordering giant of India has announced that they entered into an agreement with Times of India to acquire Dineout which is India’s leading dining out platform that has a great consumer base in India.
This acquisition will help Swiggy to capture the restaurant dining out the market in India. As the Dineout platform has already an industry-leading network of 50,000 restaurant partners along with invaluable experience and proven technology. So, Swiggy will ensure to capitalize on Dineout’s unique assets and this will enable Swiggy to cater to every food occasion.
Post Acquisition, the Dineout will continue to work as an independent app.
